Personnel We don’t just invest in plant and machinery, we realise that investment in people is the lifeblood of any business. Our commitment to the young drivers scheme means that we endeavour to train our staff from an early age giving them the benefit of working with more experienced staff members and learning the job from the ground up. We find that our longest serving employees have been with us from an early age and as such our company has a strong team and work ethic that allows us to complete our tasks safely, on time and on budget often in difficult conditions and under strict deadlines. All our operators are experienced and have CPCS certificates for crane driving, slinging and banksman duties, forklift driving and operating lorry loaders, are also attend regular refresher courses. We are able to plan, advise, project manage and complete the most complex industrial removal tasks. Each and every project large or small is given the same meticulous attention to detail and because we rely very little on subcontractors, we can remain flexible giving our customers the knowledge that their project is in safe hands. |
